Accomodation & Transport
Our partner hotels in all categories are available for your overnight stay. They are all a maximum of 30 minutes away from the route. From Thursday (15 May 2019) to Sunday (19 May 2019) there is a shuttle service between the regatta course and our partner hotels. Please understand that hotels that are not booked through the organizing committee are not connected to the shuttle service either.
Please book all services exclusively using the form at the bottom of this page.
Participant costs include transport between partner hotels and airports in Düsseldorf (DUS) and Dortmund (DTM) as well as shuttle service between partner hotels and regatta course from Thursday (15 May 2019) to Sunday (19 May 2019).
On your request we organise the airport shuttle to the airports of Cologne (CGN) and Niederrhein-Weeze (NRN). For this we charge 5,-€ per participant and route.
The participant costs include the following services:
Accommodation in the booked category
Airport Shuttle to the airports Düsseldorf (DUS) and Dortmund (DTM)
Hotel Shuttle Service from Thursday (15 May 2019) to Sunday (19 May 2019)
The overnight stay must be booked until 15.03.2019 via the form of the organizing committee (OC) (receipt request).
The deposit of 50% of the invoice amount must be paid by 29.03.2019. (Receipt on the OC account)
The balance must be paid by 03.05.2019. (Receipt on the OC account)
Cancellation before 15.03.2019 - no cancellation fee
Cancellation between 16.03. and 29.03.19 - 50% of the invoice amount
Cancellation between 30.3. and 15.4.2019 - 80% of the invoice amount
Cancellation from 16.04.2019 - 100% of the invoice amount
The date of receipt of the cancellation/booking change by the Organising Committee is decisive for the calculation.
Please use only the attached form for booking. Please fill it out completely and click on the "Send" button. You will first receive a shipping confirmation.
We will then check your request as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact the contact person on file. If all details are correct, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please check this for correctness. If something is not correct, please contact the OC immediately.
You will then receive the invoice for the services you have booked.
In principle, the cancellation regulations apply to all bookings and changes.
